Who we are

AuditDepot ("we", "us") is a product of Pullse OY, a company registered in Finland. We provide AI-powered SEO audit reports at auditdepot.dev.

Data we collect

When you purchase an audit, we collect:

Website URL — the URL you submit for auditing
Email address — provided at Stripe checkout, used to deliver your report
Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details

We also collect standard web analytics data via Google Analytics (page views, referral source, device type). No personally identifiable information is stored in analytics.

How we use your data

To generate and deliver your SEO audit report via email
To process your payment through Stripe
To send transactional emails related to your purchase (delivery confirmation)
To improve our service based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns

We do not use your email address for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data storage and retention

Your email address and the URL you submitted are stored in our database (hosted on Supabase, EU region) for the purpose of delivering your report and handling support queries. We retain this data for up to 12 months after your purchase, after which it is deleted.

Generated audit reports are sent via email and are not stored on our servers after delivery.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies set by Google Analytics for anonymous traffic measurement. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Stripe may set cookies during the checkout process as described in their privacy policy.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at audits@auditdepot.dev. We will respond within 30 days.
