AuditDepot ("we", "us") is a product of Pullse OY, a company registered in Finland. We provide on-demand, AI-powered SEO audit reports delivered via email. By purchasing an audit, you agree to these terms.
Audits are one-time purchases processed through Stripe. You provide a website URL and an email address at checkout. Upon successful payment, we generate the audit report and deliver it to the email address you provided.
You must have the right to audit the website URL you submit. Do not submit URLs you do not own or have explicit permission to analyse.
Reports are typically delivered within 2-10 minutes of payment. Delivery times may vary for larger sites. If you do not receive your report within 30 minutes, contact us at audits@auditdepot.dev.
Because audit reports are generated and delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for completed deliveries. If your report was not delivered or contains a technical error that renders it unusable, contact us and we will either re-generate the report or issue a refund at our discretion.
Our audits are generated using automated crawling and AI analysis. While we strive for accuracy, reports reflect the state of your website at the time of the audit and may not capture every issue. Reports are provided as informational guidance, not as professional consulting advice. You are responsible for verifying and implementing any recommendations.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the generated audit report for your internal business purposes. You may share the report with your team, clients, or contractors. You may not resell the report as your own product or service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditDepot and Pullse OY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or reliance on audit report recommendations. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific audit in question.
Your use of AuditDepot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
